I'm such a loser...

Ok so i just realized i never posted about my Bridal Shower!!

i know right!! I'm Such a Loser!!

So i thought i would do it NOW!!

Ok so on July 19 my family held a Bridal Shower for me at my Cousin's House, and we had a great turn out! There were alot of people there both family and friends. We Started off playing silly games that my sister-in-law Rocio came up with, she is now pregnant!!

Then we played this one game where Rocio would ask me question about Daniel and for each question i answer wrong i had to chew on some Bubble Gum! and I remember doing really good and only missing a few...It was A BLAST answering those questions i know some of those quesions made LISA nervous ;) haha

Then After that my guests had a chance to make my Wedding Dress out of Napkins and that was way fun. I got the cutest bouquet made out of napkin roses i loved it!

After that, being a bridal shower hosted by my family we ate ALOT!!

there was so much food there!

I loved all the food!! My Favorite was my mother-in-law's slushy it was soooooo yummy!!

After eating alot of food we started to open presents!!! IT was also my favorite part :D

I got alot of things i felt so overwhelmed with wrapping paper!! Luckily my friends were there to help!!

I ended up getting alot of great gifts and was thankful for everybody coming!

Wishful Thinking

When i was little i used have this picture of the Salt Lake Temple hanging in my Room by my Mirror, i would always see it and picture myself standing outside of that temple with a beautiful white dress and a mystery man standing right next to me... and now i have made that dream a reality, and im sooo HAPPY i cant believe i did it, i got married in the Temple!! that has always been such a huge goal for me and i have always wanted that ever since i was a little girl, and now its real, i was standing outside that temple with my beautiful white dress, and a wonderful man standing right next to me, words can not describe the feelings i felt and how i still feel, its just soo amazing.....

Hey so today i pre-ordered my copy of Breaking Dawn by Stephenie Meyer, it comes out August 2 and it feels like forever, however i will be on my Honeymoon that whole week so i wont get to read it till im back :( but no worries at least i will be in a better place ;) lol

My Dad is my hero, he has always been there for me when i needed him the most. When i think of my Dad i think of these five words respect, trust, protection, secruity, and love

Respect: Because even through the hardest times he never gave up his faith

Trust: Because from him i recieve the wisest counsel

Protection: Because when im at his side i feel armored or shielded againist the enemy

Secruity: Because he has always provided and given everything for me and my family

Love: Because in his ways he has shown a deep affection and tenderness towards me

Not all hero's have to be young and physically strong, because my hero is old and although he isn't physically strong anymore he is mentally strong and wise, he is my 64 year Dad, who i love with all my heart, he might not be young or physically strong, but it doesn't matter to me because in my eyes he will always be my hero

Today was truly a special day, for today i had the great pleasure to attend my first and hopefully not last Ice-Cream Party, and it was AMAZING!! i have never been surrounded by so many delicious bowls of home made ice-cream in my whole life! My taste buds were definitely in ICE-CREAM HEAVEN...

Pride and Prejudice...

I finally read Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen, for the first time in my entire life and i couldn't be more excited!! I promised myself NEVER to read any Jane Austen books ESPECIALLY pride and prejudice, but look at me now, not only did i read the book but i will soon be watching the six hour movie version of the book with two of my closests friends and i cant wait!!
